Training Programs

Tranax offers various training programs and certification on the maintenance and service of our entire line of ATMs. In addition to the above training courses we offer, we also provide other training courses depending on your interest. Our current training courses are listed below:

Tranax ATM 101 Training (1-Day)

Introduction to Tranax Retail ATM Products. Includes subassembly identification and replacement. Basic system troubleshooting and fault diagnostics using error codes. This training covers the following products:

  • Tranax 4000 Series ATMs (E4000 / C4000)
  • Tranax Mini-Bank 1700
  • Tranax Legacy Retail Products (this will include 1500 and 2100T)

Authorized Service Provider (ASP) Training (2 - 3 Days)

In depth troubleshooting and fault diagnostics of Tranax Retail ATM Products. Includes subassembly troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair. This training covers the following products:

  • Tranax 4000 Series ATMs (E4000 / C4000)
  • Introduction to X4000 series
  • Tranax Mini-Bank 1700
  • Tranax Legacy Retail Products (this will include 1500, 2100T and MB2500 CE Repair )

    *REQUIRES AN ONLINE ASP TEST

SDP Authorized Service Provider (ASP) Training (3 Days)

In depth troubleshooting and fault diagnostics of Bill Payment Kiosk and Hybrid ATM. Includes subassembly troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair. This training covers the following products:

  • Tranax X4000 ATM with Hybrid Kiosk
  • Tranax TK1000 Kiosk

    *REQUIRES SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF TRANAX ASP TRAINING
