Warranty & Parts RequestIf your ATM is in error, contact your distributor or reseller to assist you. A service technician may be required to assist you with troubleshooting. If it is determined that a part is required to correct the problem, the distributor must contact Tranax to request a replacement part. Parts SalesIf you are an Authorized Tranax Partner or Service Provider and wish to purchase a spare part, you can place an order online using our Online Parts Catalog. Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time will ship out the same day (dependent upon stock availability).
